Extended Stay America Suites - Billings - West End

Stayed here for a night on the way home from yellowstone because it was getting too late to find a campsite. Billings is kinda sketch in many areas, so we appreciated the security measures the excellent staff used. Close proximity to fast food restaurants, if you are looking for a quick meal. Comfortable, clean and modern, and the basic kitchen was super nice to have in-room. Just remember to bring all kitchen things- including things for washing dishes.

I am traveling with my dog. This was a terrific location. There were so many great places to walk him. Also really easy to navigate to parks and other places of interest. Staff were super friendly—special shout out to second-shift Karen. We talked dogs and made feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable.

The atmosphere was exceptionally comfortable and my privacy was respected on all levels. The rate was within the means of my budget and everything I needed was within walking distance.

The staff was amicable and helpful. They absolutely cared about guests' comfort. The room was cleaned and recently remodeled. There was a full kitchen inside the room, which might be helpful in certain situations.
